SMARTEDTECH SL’s terms for engaging a licensed expert or a registered mediator on CONCILERA. These terms are approved. A legal-title document is issued when that named person is appointed to a file.

Expert desk
The signed human document on this desk is an expert report. The live AI title is a pre-assessment report. AI does not decide who is right and does not produce a responsibility share.
SMARTEDTECH SL engages a licensed practitioner under these terms: the person, the registry body, the jurisdiction and professional indemnity must be on the appointment record. CONCILERA never treats the expert report as an official court outcome.
These company terms are in force. The document title for a signed expert file is used when that practitioner is appointed to the case.
Registered mediator desk
The signed human document on this desk is mediator minutes under the applicable mediation law (in Türkiye, Law 6325). The live AI title is a settlement proposal. AI cannot write minutes.
SMARTEDTECH SL engages a registered mediator under these terms: the person, the registry and the jurisdiction must be on the appointment record. Minutes are not a CONCILERA seal. Veruma still owns verification of obligations.
The public name in Turkish is Uzlaşma Masası. It is not Ombudsman and not KDK.

How an appointment is recorded
Send the practitioner’s licence or registry evidence and insurance to legal@concilera.com. Ops records the named person against the file under these terms. That appointment is how a human document is issued.
