How a case moves
- Find or add the organization
Search by name, brand or service. If it is missing, add it manually. A search miss is never a dead end.
- Describe what happened
Write the story in your words. Confirm the structured claims yourself. The platform does not invent a claim.
- Invitation before content
An unverified organization gets an invitation only. Claim details stay closed until representation is verified.
If you represent an organization
You receive an invitation first — not the claim. SLA clocks start only after representation is verified. Billing never changes queue order.
