1. Supplier and what these terms cover
For direct purchases, the supplier is SMARTEDTECH SL, tax ID B66970831, Carrer Agricultura, 16, 1º, 9ª, 08320 El Masnou, Barcelona, Spain. These terms apply to paid access to Concilera desks and services, such as human expert or mediator desks, and to any other paid item shown at checkout. Anything shown without a price carries no charge unless a price is shown before you pay. An individual may be a consumer, sole trader or representative; choosing a business-looking account does not remove statutory consumer status. Case software does not appoint a lawyer, create privilege or constitute adjudication. Each regulated engagement identifies the licensed professional and jurisdiction. Human expert and mediator desks start only once a named professional is appointed. Conflicts, engagement scope, confidential caucus visibility and settlement authority are established before access. Payment never changes case order, ranking, visibility or outcome.
2. Prices and what you see before paying
Prices are shown before you pay. The final review before payment shows the seller, what you are buying, quantity or limits, the access term, the total price and currency, taxes and any other charge. Recurring offers state the billing interval, any minimum commitment, renewal and cancellation. Fees for expert or mediator engagements may be agreed per engagement in the engagement terms. Estimates are not binding until an order or quote is accepted. Consumer totals include applicable taxes; business quotes state their tax treatment. Any currency conversion and its cost are disclosed before agreement.
3. Contract formation and payment
The contract for a paid order is formed when you complete the order and payment is confirmed, or on acceptance of a quote or engagement where one is used. You can correct errors and review the order before confirming. The order button states clearly that the order carries an obligation to pay. Payments are processed by the payment service provider identified at checkout; we do not store full card numbers. A return from the payment page is not proof of payment, and an order is recorded once the provider confirms the payment. Duplicate charges are investigated and corrected.
4. Provision and conformity
We provide the agreed service with the care and conformity required by law. Access starts on the stated date once the conditions of the order are met. We tell you about delays, defects and service changes and about your available statutory and contractual remedies. AI error risk does not reduce our own obligations. We do not guarantee the outcome of a case, a settlement or a decision.
5. Renewal and cancellation
The order states the interval, any minimum commitment and the cancellation deadline. Where an order is recurring and no longer commitment is stated, it renews monthly; cancellation received before a renewal prevents the next period. You can cancel by writing to support@concilera.com. We confirm the last service day and any final charge. Price changes for optional renewals apply from the next period after at least 30 days' notice; fixed commitments are not rewritten. Cancelling a renewal is different from withdrawal, from closing an account and from ending an engagement.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
The Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the consumer right of withdrawal and when a refund applies. No general term makes all payments non-refundable. Rights for defective or non-conforming supply, duplicate charges and any mandatory refund are preserved. Refunds are made through the original payment method without an undisclosed deduction.
7. Complaints, liability and law
Send the order reference and a description to support@concilera.com; do not send full card details. A person reviews disputes that have material consequences. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or injury, or removes a statutory right or access to a regulator. Spanish law governs, subject to mandatory law. For business customers, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction where that choice is legally valid. Consumers keep the mandatory protections and courts of their place of residence.
