Scope and statutory rights

This policy covers a direct purchase from SMARTEDTECH SL on concilera.com. The actual supplier and supply type appear before payment. It does not replace stronger mandatory rights in your country or remedies for defective or non-conforming supply. The statutory right of withdrawal exists for consumers only, that is, individuals who buy for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. If you buy as a business, no statutory withdrawal right applies and your order or engagement states the cancellation and refund terms, subject to mandatory law.

Services

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving a reason, subject to the legally applicable rules and exceptions. Tell us before the period ends by using the model withdrawal form, by writing to support@concilera.com, or by a clear statement sent to SMARTEDTECH SL, Carrer Agricultura, 16, 1º, 9ª, 08320 El Masnou, Barcelona, Spain. The form is optional. Where the service starts during the 14 days at your express request and you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what has been supplied up to the time you told us. The right ends for a fully performed paid service only where the law allows it and you gave the required prior express request and acknowledgement; starting the service alone is not enough.

Digital content

For paid digital content not on a tangible medium, early supply and any loss of the withdrawal right require your prior express consent, acknowledgement of that loss and the required confirmation on a durable medium. A generic terms checkbox is not the required separate choice. If the legal conditions are not met, we do not claim that the right was waived.

Cancelling a recurring order

Cancelling a renewal is different from withdrawal. A cancellation received before the next renewal stops the following period, as explained in the Sales, Subscription and Payment Terms. Fees for an expert or mediator engagement follow the engagement terms, which state when it can be ended and what is due.

Refund handling

If you validly withdraw, we refund the amount due without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used and without a refund fee. Any deduction for service already supplied is limited to what the law allows. These refund rights are separate from remedies for defective or non-conforming supply and for duplicate charges, which apply to everyone and are not reduced by any commercial rate. Your complaint rights, any right to dispute a payment with your card issuer, and court rights remain.

Platform-specific application

Case software does not appoint a lawyer, create privilege or constitute adjudication. Each regulated engagement identifies the licensed professional and jurisdiction. Conflicts, engagement scope, confidential caucus visibility and settlement authority are established before access.
